Hell in a handbasket...

Ok, weekend started SUCKY.

Husband threw his back out. His arm has hurt all week, and then Thurs night/Fri Morning he threw it out. No work for me. Have to take care of all three people now.

Went to G'mas's early to set up for the bug party. Husband gets sick later in the evening...Lots of time in the bathroom, queasy, whole thing. Now I have to take care of them in earnest!

Sat morning bug wakes up WAAAAy too early. I'm convinced she knew something was weird (course, we did install her new carseat the day before, which FREAKED her out.)

Spent all morning cleaning/prepping, cooking, decorating, etc.

People started arriving at like 11:30 for a 2pm party (family! YAY)

Tostada bar rocked.

I was super super busy whole time, trying to run the behind the show and take care of bug. Thankfully Angela and shinyevil stepped in and helped out on the bug front.

Sat night I just collapsed. Feel horrid all morning Sunday. Spent most of Sunday reorganizing the house to accommodate bug's new loot. Thankfully, we only have a few more items to move (like our BED). Today, I still want to nap.

Hence, we've cancelled gaming tonight. Half the crew is AWOL, GM/DM is wiped out and on pain killers, "the girl" (me) is exhausted.

And I just started my next week of teaching. thankfully, Today is test review, tomorrow test, Wednesday is Vocabulary, so Thurs and Friday are all that I need to "plan" for.
